Meditation has recently become a sought-after antidote to the stresses of modern living. And rightly so, as it can calm the nervous system, promote clear-thinking and encourage the body’s own self-healing mechanisms. Regular meditation practice is helpful for reducing stress levels and managing depression, emotions and chronic pain.
I have studied with Yogi Ashokananda, and classes are focused on generating clarity, deep healing, embodiment and rediscovering a sense of wholeness. I teach from authentic experience, combining mindfulness breathing techniques with traditional Vedic methods to achieve presence, stillness and clearing. I also teach Yoga Nidra, a deeply healing method of lying-down relaxation useful for releasing old emotions and tension stored in the body.
Classes and Workshops are held on a regular basis at Triyoga branches and at YogaNest in Bethnal Green. Private sessions available upon request. Suitable for everyone. Please check the Events page (link below) for updates.
