Beatrice and Jo have decades worth of experience as Craniosacral Therapists and hold degrees in 5 Element and TCM Acupuncture. They have busy practices across London - Beatrice has been featured in Yoga Magazine and The Daily Mail, and Jo supervises students at the CALM Five Element Acupuncture clinic at University of Westminster.

• A look at the concept of ‘qi’ and how disease can occur when qi stagnates

• The Five Elements - how we are made up of the elements and how our health relies upon them being in harmony

• How to diagnose your patient’s element using Color, Sound, Odour and Emotion

• Gain an awareness of how an understanding of your patient’s Element opens up the relational field and enables healing on a constitutional level

• Theories on how the meridians form during the embryonic stages

• Explore the relationship between the Elements and Meridians, and the fascia, organ systems and the emotions

• Learn how to palpate the meridians, detecting qualities, blockages, and indicators of imbalances within the system
